These terms are in place to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for all our guests. Please take a moment to review them, and if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our team for clarification.
It is important to be familiar with these policies, as they cover essential aspects of your stay,
Reservation and Booking:
Reservation Process: Reservations can be made online through our booking platform or directly by contacting us via phone, Instagram or e-mail. Bookings are confirmed once advance payment is received.

Reservation Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email, after your booking is completed and advance payment is fully paid. Please review the details carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

Cancellation and Refund Policies: If any cancellation at any time following your booking confirmation, payment advance is not refundable at any case.

Reservation Changes: Changes to your reservation, such as modification of dates or number of guests, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Prices:
Our prices are in MAD or EURO with all taxes included.
Payment Policies:
Payment Schedule : A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon check-in.
Payment security: All your payments can be done by card using the secured system provider “PAYZONE”.
Additional Charges: Extra services or amenities not included in the booking may incur additional charges.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-In/Check-Out Times: Check-in is starting 3pm, and check-out is before 12pm.

Early Check-In: Early check-in requests are subject to availability.
Late Check ins are possible until 10 :30pm. Please contact us before finalizing your booking in case of a late check in order to inform our team.

Amenities and Services:
Included Amenities: Breakfast, Wi-Fi, Living room, Terrace & Rooftop access.

Special Requests: Please inform us in advance regarding any special requests regarding accommodation, a special dietary or extra service.

Guest Conduct and Lodge Rules:
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours starting 10:30pm to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. No personal loud music aloud in common areas.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the lodge. Smoking is allowed in the external areas, like the terrace & roof top.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed inside the lodge (including external areas).

Communal Spaces:
No wet suit is allowed inside the lodge.
Kindly use our external showers if coming from a surf session.
Kitchen remains private. Guests are not allowed to have access to it.
Reception is open from 8:00am to 11:00pm
Code of Conduct:
Guest Behavior: Guests are expected to respect staff and fellow guests. Disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.

Dispute Resolution:
Complaints: Please address any complaints to our staff promptly. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and efficiently.
Liability and Damages:
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the lodge’s property during their stay.

The lodge is not liable for any losses or damages incurred inside the lodge during your stay.

Privacy and Data Protection:
Guest Data: Guest data is collected and stored in compliance with privacy regulations. It is used solely for booking and communication purposes.

Emergency Contacts: Emergency contacts information for medical, security, or other situations is available, as much as we can, at the reception. We are not responsible if anything happen inside the lodge (accident or similar).

Child and Family Policies:
Children: Children of all ages are welcome. If a child aged 5 years old and more comes with his parents, the same rate as an adult is applicable, and is considered as a 1 PAX.

The applicable law for the agreement
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising relating to this agreement, shall be settled in accordance with the rules of Moroccan law. In case of an arbitration, it shall be conducted in one of the Moroccan Courts.
